Trading Terms - Trading Terms are strictly Net 30 days unluess otherwise advised, stated at the time of order, or indicated on Invoice
Freight and Delivery - Freight will be charged on all orders.
Overdue Accounts and Administrative Fees - interest will be charged at a rate of 2% above CBA's bank rate on all overdue accounts.
Property and Risk - Risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer at the point of departure from the factory. Property in the goods however does not pass to the buyer until payment in full has been received by us. We reserve the right to recover any goods upon which the Buyer has defaulted in payment.
Returns and Credits - All shortages, damages or discrepancies are to be advised to us in writing, within 7 days of receipt. No goods to be returned without prior consent from us.
