The Sleep System Positioning Sheet is a thin, breathable receptor sheet used with wedges, plastic brackets and other hook-tape positioning aids to help position patients in bed, suited to people living with a disability or in palliative care.

- Three elastic loops with black triglide buckles sewn to each side, allowing some stretch to adjust to the patient's weight once secured on the bed
