Safety and Mobility supplies a range of feeding aids designed to support independent eating or facilitate safer assisted feeding for clients with limited upper limb mobility, hand function, coordination difficulties, or swallowing impairments. Maintaining mealtime independence, even partially, is strongly linked to dignity, self-esteem, and nutritional intake, and the right feeding aids can significantly extend the period of independent eating for people with progressive or acquired conditions.

Our feeding aids range includes plate guards and scoop plates that prevent food from being pushed off the plate edge; non-slip mats and bowl holders that stabilise crockery during eating; angled and rocker knives for one-handed cutting; and food preparation and eating aids suited to clients with hemiplegia or unilateral upper limb impairment. All products are selected for ease of cleaning and suitability for home and institutional use across Australia.
