Do I need an Occupational Therapist assessment before purchasing equipment?

Not always. Many products can be purchased directly, however some complex mobility, seating and assistive technology solutions may require an assessment or recommendation from an Occupational Therapist. Our team can help guide you through the process.

Can I get advice on which products are right for me or my client?

Yes, our team has extensive experience in supporting healthcare professionals, NDIS participants, and their carers in selecting the right equipment. Are your products covered by the NDIS?

Many of our products are available under the NDIS to eligible participants, depending on an individual's NDIS plan and goals. We are a registered NDIS provider and can supply quotes, invoices and product documentation to support NDIS claims. We recommend speaking with your support coordinator, occupational therapist or another suitably qualified healthcare practictioner to confirm which items are appropriate for your needs.
