The Askle Sante range of positioning cushions allow you to effectively and rapidly secure postures which contribute notably in terms of reducing the pressure placed on body skin and tissue, vulnerable to pressure sores.
This cushion comes in a Small (No.13) and Large (No.12) size. The triangular microbead cushion has an ultrasonically welded cover that prevents liquids from penetrating.
The triangular microbead cushion is a polyvalent positioning cushion with several applications:
- When placed under the knees, it reduces the tension in the tendons and muscles at the lumbar spine
- When placed under the ankles, it relieves pressure locally
- When placed along the back, and used with a No.7 cylindrical cushion or a No.3 universal cushion between the knees, it allows the patient to assume a semi-lateral 30° position
