The Shower Belt with Leg Straps is like the Chair Belt for Sliders – a restraint used to ensure the patient cannot slide or ‘submarine’ down a chair. This belt will help prevent patients from sliding down shower chairs or commodes, on to the floor. The patient can freely move their legs, twist around and even try to stand up. This belt should help prevent them from sliding or standing
- The belt can be wiped dry between patients
- The belt is fitted around the chair and Velcros together behind the patient. The two leg straps are then positioned under the legs and buckled up
